Who provides Zolviz
Zolviz is provided by YBB Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Florida, United States, with its address at 7345 W Sand Lake Road, Ste 210, Office 1877, Orlando, Florida, United States. By creating an account or starting a subscription you accept these terms. You can reach us at support@zolviz.app.
The service
Zolviz solves and explains math, physics and chemistry problems from a photo or a typed statement, using artificial intelligence. It is offered free, with daily limits, and through the Plus subscription. The limits of each plan are always shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
Age and accounts
Zolviz is for students aged 13 and over. If you are under 13 you may not create an account. If you are under 18 you need the permission of a parent or guardian to use Zolviz, and the subscription must be taken out by an adult. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that is how you sign in.
A tool for learning
Zolviz shows how a problem is solved so you can solve the next one yourself. Follow your school's rules on homework and exams, and do not use Zolviz where they forbid it.
AI can be wrong
Solutions are generated by AI models and may contain mistakes. Check the steps, especially before graded work or an exam. You can rate any solution to tell us when it is wrong.
Subscription, free trial and automatic renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Plus is available monthly, every three months or yearly, at the price shown before you pay. If you have never had Plus, it starts with a 3-day free trial that requires a payment method: you are not charged during the trial, we show you the date of the first charge before you start, and we email you a reminder about 24 hours before it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Plus starts and the plan you chose is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, online, from your account, in one click: no call, no email, no extra steps. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, or of the trial, and you keep Plus until then. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged.
Refunds
If you are not happy with a charge, write to support@zolviz.app within 7 days of it and we will refund it. The refund policy explains the details.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay. If a price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you may cancel before it applies.
Your content
You keep the rights to the problems you send. You allow us to process them to provide the service: to solve them, keep them in your history and improve the quality of the explanations. Do not send content you have no right to share, or personal information about other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zolviz for anything unlawful, to try to break or overload the service, to get around its limits with several accounts or automated tools, or to resell its answers.
Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms takes away the mandatory rights the law of your country gives you. When you subscribe you ask for immediate access to the service and acknowledge that, once it has started, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies, without prejudice to the free trial, the refund policy and your right to cancel at any time.
Warranties
Zolviz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not warrant that every solution will be correct or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim relating to Zolviz will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; where that is so, they apply only as far as the law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in Orange County, Florida have jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer and the law of your country gives you the right to go to the courts where you live, in which case that right prevails.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept it. For any question about these terms: support@zolviz.app.
